Why not? Just replace the clear protection window that comes with the ASI678 by this one:

FWIW, I did that (replace its window) to a ASI294MC, which I use as my current all-sky (with a 8mm Samyang Sony E-mount lens), and I can easily adust the temperature and tint of the image (my own program using INDIGO; it interpolates temperture and tint from three (noon, twilight and night) settings to automatically get color balance for any other exposure values. This is from just now (7 pm -- 2 hours before sunset):

Other companies actually include extra filter windows in the box, when it is difficult to add filters to the imaging train. In the case of a QHY5III678 monochrome that I acquired not long ago, the extra included filter is an 850nm IR-pass window.
