Hello, I currently use Asiair mini and star Adventurer GTI, within the application I configure the mount as EQMod Mount Interface serial at 9600Bps and it connects ok. but when using the movement arrows only the right and left ones work, the up and down arrows did not work, I have tried to do a goto to a star and only one axis of the mount moves.
I have tried to reset the Asieir mini without any positive result
don´t work Star adventurer GTI
SFDOzkZW hello. I recently bought the same mount and use it with an ASIAir Mini. I connect the cable that came with the mount between mount and one of the AAM's USB ports – no hand controller in between. My mount settings in the AAM are the same as what you mentioned. I noticed, that when my tracking speed setting is set to 64x i barely see the mount moving when pressing the arrow buttons in the preview mode. If i increase the tracking speed to something like 700x the mount moves noticeably fast in both (RA and Dec) directions. If Dec doesn’t work for you, maybe the cable isn’t working as expected.
Hth.
Hello, I have the same configuration that you describe, I use the data cable that comes with Asiair mini, and tried other cables, but I get the same result. If I set the speed to 70x, the movement in the two RA and Dec axes moves very slowly, but both motors work, but if I increase the speed to x800, one of the axes stops working.

SFDOzkZW Hello, I am using the cable that came with the mount! One end goes into an ASIAir's USB port and the other (the L-shaped end) goes into the mount.
Btw: i don't power the mount through one of AA's power ports – i use a Pegasus Astro PowerBox Mini for the 12V connection as this is much more reliable. You should make sure the mount gets enough power. In other threads here in this forum there are a lot of mentions that powering your mount via AA is a troublesome idea.
Btw2: the max. speed I tried was 700x and both RA and DEC worked as expected. Not sure if faster is the problem here.
Good luck.
AstroDude42 Would it be possible to post photos of how you have your equipment physically set up?
It might help them diagnose their issue. And others, too
Ahora me voy de vacaciones a la vuelta en Septiembre subo fotos y un video para que se vea mas claro.
Pondré la versión de la montura Star Adventurer y de los motores , por si pudiera haber una incompatibilidad
Gracias por su ayuda
Corsair Sure, hope these help to solve the problem.
I put some text onto the images. These are the abbreviations:
Devices:
AAMini = ASIAir Mini
Mount = SkyWatcher Star Adventurer GTi
PPBM = Pegasus Pocket PowerBox Mini (the blue box)
Cables:
12V to/from = power cable to/from device
USB to/from = USB cable from/to device
