My 102mm scope on AM5 mount crashed into tripod while slewing and ripped off the focuser before I could stop it. It will still go to a "home" position, but it looks like it's not quite lined up with the body of the mount, as if the RA is slightly rotated. Is if possible that the belt mechanism of the mount slipped a bit on the crash? Does it matter? How can I test the mount to verify no problems? Even if it works fine on next outing, it seems there could be a "rough spot" in the tracking that could affect imaging at some point.
