No, the ASIAIR only allows the bare minimum of control for PHD2; presumably so that rank novices do not get confused by the Easy as 1,2,3 nonsense. You will also not be able to use a different MinMo and hysteresis in PHD2 from what values ZWO has chosen, for example.
All of these have been requested ever since ASIAIR offered autoguiding (just check this forum from the very beginning -- heck, MinMo used to be defaulted to a full arcsecond).
Some mounts (such as the RainbowAstro) has backlash compensation built into the mount's firmware, and can be turned on or off. Check to see if your mount supports something like that, and bypass the need to do it from PHD2.
