I’m new to Asiair Plus but had no trouble setting it up to connect to my Canon 7D Mk 2 using the Canon USB3 cable. I’ve enabled the ‘Save to DSLR’ option in the camera settings, and the camera is set to save RAW only. While the FITS file is saved to the Asiair, the RAW file is not being saved on the camera. If I turn off the camera it appears to be buffering and trying to save the image somewhere (but not by SD card!). Is there a setting I’m missing?

Tech@ZWO Canon eos R, same issue with "buffering" if i try platesolve for example it works for 2-3 pictures then it "hangs" nothing happening when it try to take picture, if i turn off the camera it shows on the display that it saving pictures and wont shut off until its done, but it dosent save any pictures, Endlessly try to save something, remove battery reconnect to asiair, try again take 2-3 pictures then it happens again, works better on autorun with long exposures, but it still happens

ajjaaax Does this problem only appear when you enable the ‘Save to DSLR’ option?

Please refer to this to check your settings, and disable some functions such as AEB, etc.
