Can't connect through wifi after 2.0

After the 2.0v was released my phone and tablet ( both samsung) will not connect to my plus. Ive reached out through email to zwo and they gave me a few things to try but i cant fix the problem. my wifi modem/router says the asiair is connected with a strong signal and my phone and tablet are also connected, but the 2 devices aren't communicating with each other. ive tried splitting the wifi bands into 5.0 and 2.4. i tried an ethernet cable, switching modems. i even tried changing thei.p. address but i cant do that. the thing worked great up til the 2.0 update... any help?

Just confirming: you have the AA+ set up in Station Mode and you can see the IP address the router has allocated to it?

When you start up the ASIAIR App - have you tried connecting to the ASIAIR by directly entering in the IP address that has been allocated to your AA+ by your router?

Are you running the latest version of the ASIAIR App (v2.1-10.74)?

Are you able to try running the ASIAIR App on a computer? You need install BlueStacks 5 in order to do so (the ASIAIR App runs within BlueStacks).
