I am totally frustrated with the ZWO Service Center in Short Hils NJ. When I finally got my return label from them and shipped the camera to them, I get a USPS Email saying they could not deliver it. I wrote to them and Bean asked Nancy if they got the camera. Haven't hear a word from them despite numerous requests for status. Terrible customer support!
