Blue lines on ASI2600MC Pro

I bought an ASI2600MC Pro in August 2022. Finally I found some time to try it on a Rokinon 135mm F/2 lens. Unfortunately I find many blue lines in the image. May I ask if it is a setting thing or my camera is defective. I have attached an image taken with the setup. I would be very grateful for any pointers.

yltansg Could you test the camera in our software-ASIStudio with different USB cables, ports, and 12V power supplies to rule out the problem?
If still has this problem, please send a fit file to us for analysis, thanks.

Also, how often does this problem appear?

My ASI2600MC Pro has finally died and cannot power up. I bought it under ORDER NUMBER: 47683, 12th August 2022. Please advise how I can send it back for repairs.
