Black Screen

Hi Can anyone help, I've recently bought a ZWO ASI120MC and am trying to get it working with a Mac using Parallels, Windows 8.1, Sharpcap2. I have downloaded the drivers and the software recognises the camera. However it just shows a black screen. If I switch to the isight camera it works fine. I can see it gives frame rate data so must be senseing something. Any help appreciated.

there is some compitable problem with our camera and virtual machine under mac

you can have a look at our trouble shooting document:

its recommended the best way to use the camera is install a native windows though bootcamp
