In April 2023 I bought a 2600 duo direct from ZWO, accepting its offer to include a tilt plate for the $2000 price. My 2600 duo was delivered on August 10, 2023, WITHOUT the tilt plate. How do I get the tilt plate, please?

tbhausen thanks, but I’m disappointed about the plate. Last night I got my best guiding numbers, ever, with the duo and am5.
Maritime Can you not get to the tilt adjustment screws from the telescope side? The accessory plate that allows tilt adjustment from the rear is wholly unnecessary with most setups.
Maritime What kind of guiding numbers did you see? Did you do a slope calculation on your AM5, and what are your guiding settings? Thanks...
