Planetary Imaging with ZWO6200MC?

Hiya folks, so My first camera was the 6200MC which i've had for about a year or so now.
I havent since tried imaging planets with it. I know ZWO sells dedicated (and cheaper...) cameras for planetary shooting. Is capturing planets like Jupiter, Saturn and Neptune possible with the 6200? What's the reasoning then for having to buy the dedicated planeaty camera?

Primarily to achieve high frame rates for "lucky imaging." (Check wikipedia.)

Smaller pixels may also allow you to not having to use Barlows.

With short exposures, dark noise is so low that a cooler is superfluous -- save money and battery power.

The 6200MC is arguably the worst possible choice for planetary work.

Check other manufacturers too. Some have better USB 3 implementation for their planetary cameras that allows faster frame rates.
