I run the all sky polar alignment workflow with my ASIAIR Plus and without making any adjustments to the mount the polar alignment error gets worse each time the image refreshes? I.e polar alignment error starts off at 1-2 degrees and creeps up to 4/5/6 degrees.
Camera: 2600MC Pro
Mount: AM5 + ZWO carbon fiber tripod.
Guide camera: 120mm + guide scope
Scope: Redcat 51
I've checked that the tripod is level and stable and the mount is on solid ground.
Has anyone come across this issue before?
It's almost as if there is some sort of tracking issue when the All Sky Alignment workflow is in progress or perhaps the mount isn't settling properly?
