Can the ASIAir mini do exposures faster than 0.001 sec? I'm doing solar imaging through a Baader filter and I need to go down to 1/3200 sec at least.

The mini cameras have 1.25 inch filter threads. Just add a neutral density (ND) filter.
Baader, for example sells ND filters down to ND 3.0. An ND 0.9 filter would increase the exposure time by a factor of 8, and might be enough for you.
