Note that the following applies to both my iPad and iPhone; both are using the latest (I think) app and firmware.
I tried to set a plan to start at a specific time, but when I selected "Start time" in the Plan Edit screen all I got was the following (see picture). No time options, just "Start Now" or Start At" with no time options appearing when I select "Start At".
