Help please! Having problems with the Canon 6D. Was working great then something happened and shutter could not be controlled from the ASIAIR app. Spent all night starting and restarting and never got it to work again. What on earth could I have done? Anyone, help please?

ASI does nothing, just locks up.! However, I believe I know what the issue might be now. I won't know for sure till I test everything.

Sorry, missed the picture. please check this and make sure, 'exp via shutter release cable' option is off.
