On all my devices (personal computer and laptop), the camera ASI678 is recognized as a usb 2.0 device. The camera ASI678 is connected only in usb2.0 mode. My new laptop does not have USB2.0 ports. How to connect the camera in USB3.0 mode?
Sergei Could you try different USB cables and ports? if the problem occurs all the time, the camera needs to be shipped back for repair.
