The reported problem is this: With the AM5 connected to a computer they cannot, at the same time, have PHD2 and NINA connected to the mount. This is apparently due to the ZWO driver - not PHD2 nor NINA - that doesn't allow this to happen.
One further test:
You said you have two PCs. Let's call them PC 1 and PC 2.
Let's say PC 1 is the computer you have connected the AM5 to and are having trouble running NINA and PHD2 at the same time.
Have you tried connecting the AM5 to PC 2 to see if you can run NINA and PHD2 at the same time on that computer?
