I have the AM5 mount. When I set guiding exposure, I have an issue. With 1s, I must set the gain of the guiding camera to the maximum (and so the noise). With 2s, the exposure is better but the guiding RMS value is worst.
Can you check the better exposure time for your mount AM5?
Could you add intermediate exposure time between 1 and 2 seconds? or the possibility to set its own value.
