Hello I have a Paramount MYT mount and use the Paramount software, The Sky, to operate it. I use a ZWO ASI 290mm camera to autoguide with and a ZWO ASI 1600mm Pro to take astro photos with. Last week I was taking photos and the two cameras alternately kept timing out and dropping off line to the “Ready” mode. I kept resetting them but after a short time they kept dropping off. Does anyone have any ideas on what is causing this and how to remedy it? Thank You
JohnJHughes Please test the camera in our software - ASIStudio with different USB cables, and ports first.
In addition, could you refer to this guide to catch the SDK log and send it to us for analysis?
