Hi. I promised you feedback on my AM5, here is the response from the seller:
"They verified the problem, they also checked all the tests you did and shared them with ZWO tech service in China. They said the mount need to be tested again and fixed or replaced by ZWO in China.
They Italian service is shipping it to ZWO Headquarter after October 8th, as until that date there is a National Day Holiday in China and all companies are closed.
Usually service times with ZWO China are around 3/4 weeks.
Il will keep you posted as soon as we have an update.
