Why can't I complete an Auto program?

Last night I set up my Auto Program to take 110, 5-minute subs. This morning I saw that the mount wasn't in the home position and only 107 subs were collected. This happens not infrequently to me. Why could the AsiAir not complete a program? I thought maybe clouds, however, it was very clear last night. What else could it be?

Please post your session log. Maybe there is something in the log which will indicate what happened

For some reason, the thumb drive that I saved the images on doesn't have the log files. They should be on that drive, no?
