I've been using a the 6200MM pro for a while now, but started having issues when using it today. The camera connects to ASIIMG as normal and the exposure says it succeeded, but the resultant image contains horizontal artifacts that change with each exposure. I tried power cycling the camera by removing the power supply and usb, waiting a bit, then reconnecting but I get the same issue. I appreciate any help! https://imgur.com/a/vfmgsYp
bworkinger try using a different usb cable.
It looks like a hardware problem, but just in case, please try different USB cables ports, and 12V power supplies first. If the problem still remains please contact the seller for after-sales service, thanks.
