It would seem that I too have broken the USB 2.0 ports on my ASI071MC Pro when taking camera off scope before completely detaching all cables (dumb, but lesson learned) and it slipped!!!
My camera was purchased from High Point Scientific 1/3/2022, order # 1000374705.
Should I send it to them for repair or ZWO? How long should I expect it take for repair?
Is there an approximate estimate on repair costs?
