I have an new ASI 294 MM Pro, and when i conect camera with Ascom, or native driver, with power source 12 V 5A, with original USB 3 or other USB cable, alsoo NINA, ASIStudio, SGPro, the camera show ambient temperture, and instant start to cool down below ambient to 6 degrees and here is stoped.
If i want to go to 0 degrees, take more time to see temperature start to decrease from 6 to 0 grade. Alsoo -10 is the same.
And when i start to warm, temperature start to increase and stop to 6 degrees, and here is frozen, don.t go up to show corect ambient temperature.
In this case, the starting standard for calibration is erroneous. What problem can this defect cause? The camera that captures images works very well.

After I wrote the message here, in parallel I also sent an email to the camera manufacturer, and the answer was to send it as soon as possible, as a guarantee that the decision regarding the camera will be made.
The defect seems to be on the electronic side.
Now I'm waiting to see what will be decided, replacement, repair, return of the amount.

The camera is already sent to the supplier, they will decide what is done. I sent an email to ASI assistance, and the advice was to send it urgently to the supplier.
