Sam,
The design is very appealing. The question I have is the secondary and I realize it's 62 or 64mm, but the issue with Newtonian's and the secondary is vignetting due to the secondary size being smaller than the chip size of the intended camera.
I owned an Omni 150XLT and while I liked the scope visually it was awful for imaging due to the secondary size. I found myself spending more time in post processing trying to clear things up.
So, the ideal situation is having a secondary large enough to handle everything up to an APS-C and/or your ASI1600MCC/MMC without vignetting. Has anyone done some testing with this scope to see if that's a non-issue in this design with these specific chips?
