Big Problem with ASI1600MM Pro

I have an ASI1600MM Pro, I bought it new for a couple of years. I have always had the problem with USB3.0, impossible to get correct frames, so I use it only with USB 2.0.
Focussing a star, I do not see the usual pattern but an "interlaced" effect image, which I thought it was normal. This week, after getting more and more troubles trying to focus a star, I asked in the forums. Now I know this effect is not normal and not ok. So I have a problem with my camera.
Can you help me?

It looks like a hardware problem if it appears all the time.
