ASIAIR V1 WITH EQ3

Hi. i have another setup very different with my main setup. Now i have an old asiair v1 with my old neq3 skywatcher mount. I tried to connect asiair to the mount whit the eqdir cable (used in my heq5pro) but asiair doesn´t recognise the mount, Only works though handcontrol with pc direct mode. I would like don´t use the hand controll and use asiair directly to the mount with cable but, it´s possible? asiair os updated and skwatcher firmware too

jandruss What port on the mount you connect from to the eqdir cable?
Can ASIAIR detect 'serial is connected' when you connect it?

I used the eqdir to handcontroller port and USB port on asiair .when i Connect asiair doesnt detect anything.The cable its ok because i tested with my asiair mini to the same mount and it works

jandruss I speculate it may be some chip compatible problem, as ASIAIR 1gen released several years.
