Would've been nice to have a screenshot to get a clearer understanding on what you've written.
When you see the values for polar aligning they are in Degrees° Arcminutes ' Arcseconds "
Are you using normal polar alignment routine or All Sky Polar Alignment (ASPA)?
If you are using ASPA - best look at this thread for what's happening there: https://bbs.astronomy-imaging-camera.com/d/15513-polar-alignment-error-increasing-by-itself-at-somewhat-constant-rate/40
Also - don't use Auto Refresh. Manually refresh. What you want do is "make a small change, wait a few seconds, refresh, check".
Now - Are you saying that your error values are 23°34'56" (altitude) and 13°45'67" (azimuth)?
If that's the case then I suspect you haven't set your tripod up properly. When you set up your tripod the N mark should be pointing - as best as you can - towards True North (northern hemisphere) or True South (southern hemisphere). Make sure the app you are using to do this is set for True Heading and NOT Magnetic Heading.
You need to also make sure your tripod is levelled (a small spirit/bubble level works great).
Only then do you put the mount on the tripod. Once you have the mount on the tripod securely - with nothing else on it - you need to make sure the latitude is set correctly for your location. You also need to make sure you set the Home position correctly for the mount.
Procedure for doing this can be found here: https://www.iceinspace.com.au/forum/showthread.php?t=182271 (read steps 3, 4a and 4b)
Bunch of videos on this here: https://www.google.com/search?sca_esv=576067890&tbm=vid&q=heq5+pro+home+position
Only then do you put all your equipment on the mount. Make sure you balance it all properly and then leave it in the Home position (counterweights down).
Once it is in that position with everything connected - you can now turn on the ASIAIR, sign into it with the App, make sure you have your Lat and Long settings correct in the initial screen, then continue with the app.
Now, make sure your camera is turned on with cooling turned on (if applicable), and NOW turn on power to the mount.
Now go into the Mount Settings page and enable the mount. Press Sync Mount. Then press the option to Go Home to test the Home position has been set correctly.
You then have to make sure you have a good enough focus so make sure you do that.
You will also want to set your Main camera focal length to 0, go into preview mode, take a single exposure, and Plate Solve. If this plate solve succeeds it will then set the focal length of the main camera. Do not change this value.
Now you can begin your Polar Alignment routine. If you do still see large numbers for the Degrees - you'll need to physically move your whole setup (move the whole thing a bit to the right - for example), wait a few seconds, then hit refresh to see how it changed.
