Connect ASIAIR with windows

Hi, I have some ZWO devices, and right now I am thinking to buy ASIAIR, but right now I dont have tablet . I just have a surface and a laptop
I heard that ASIAIR just can be connected with IOS and Android.
Is it possible to connect ASIAIR with windows?
