ASI585mc and ASIair+

Hi all. Please bear with me, I’m very new to all this (one month in to the hobby)

I have managed to polar align my mount. Complete the polestar alignment within the ASIair+

I can get it to align with stars, but it usually fails the first time, success on the second time (usually). I can’t get it to align with any planets though. I have checked the GPS and time sync data from my iPad and all looks ok.

Secondly, I have an EAF but I’m struggling. It works fine sometimes but often completes an auto focus and is still not quite in focus. I have attached an image of the camera and just wandered if someone could say if they see something I might have done wrong.

EFW ?
How is everything connected with USB cables? i.e. what cables to what port on what device?
How is everything connected with power cables and how is everything powered?

Main Camera: ASI585MC

Guide Scope (if using one)? Skywatcher evoguide 50ed

Guide Camera (if using one)? Zwo ASI120 mini

ASIAIR Plus (32GB or 256GB model)? 256

EAF

EFW ? Zwo mini

How is everything connected with USB cables? i.e. what cables to what port on what device?
Both camera using USB3.0
Mount usb direct to ASIAIR
EFW and EAF in to a hub and connected to the final ASIAIR port
I also have a dew heater for either scope that runs off the aux power ports of the ASIAIR
How is everything connected with power cables and how is everything powered?
I have a 240v to 12v 20amp supply, then a splitter between the ASI and the mount.

with everything on, the ASIAIR show a max of 19watts power draw.

I have been in contact with FLO about my finder scope and there look likely to be an issue there, they have requested it back. So that could be a solution???
