reinstalled windows on a solid state hard drive win7 64 on a Dell precision m4500
I am still having problems with frame rate
using firecapture I get a massive 3 fps @70 13 fps @40
no hub new usb cable
any suggestions

Is it a preview speed or capture?
I would suggest you can change a PC to test to identify that is the camera problem or laptop
It would be great if I could get it to install on the PC
btw I am not new at this sort of thing
my DMK 31 runs at25 fps on same laptop and works at 30 on this pc

Still struggling to install on the main PC
which is the preferred driver for Win7 32it pc?
