[ASI034MC] ERROR DRIVER

Good morning,

I bought a CAMERA ASI034MC recommended as an accessory of my telescope Skywatcher Telescope N 208/1000 EQ-500, I downloaded the following driver from your site ASI034MC USB2.0 Color Camera

Connect the CAMERA but can not find the driver, just downloaded and install the driver detects the CAMERA but it shows me that you can not start it.

In the properties of the system shows the following error: Unable to start the device error 10.

My operating system is windows 7 64bit PRO Italian language.

What should I do to fix it?

I would suggest you can try another PC

usually a firmware upgrade can fix the problem

but its need to been done in a compitable PC which can install the driver well

problem solved, I updated the firmwer with ASI034MC-COMPATIBLE.IIC and the error has disappeared.

I am also leaving the directions in Italian.

1 aggiornate il firmware della telecamera con il seguente aggiornamento:

nota: provate entrambi gli aggiornamenti firmware, per me ha funzionato quello compatibile

Eseguite anche aggiornamento seguente se non parte

Riavviate il pc per sicurezza

Il problema dovrebbe essere risolto.

I wanted to ask if there is an installation manual for correct positioning of the camera in the telescope.

My telescope is: Skywatcher Telescope N 208/1000 EQ-500

And if you can have the software setup procedure to set or calibrations to be done.

The problem is that now I display the image in the software.

when I connect the camera to the PC is now active, but not display anything, just green dots and red correct?

How to use software SHARPCAP.

you need to refouser when change from an eyepieces to camera

usually adjust forcuser inside 1-2cm

I can not make work properly the cam asi034mc.

When I open the software sharp cap or asi034mc room after a few seconds it stops the preview.

What can I do?

Then I did not understand if I can use the same eye for both the room for normal vision.

I have not figured out how to mount the telescope it is possible to have a drawing or photo on how to do?

you can try to turn down the value of "USB Traffic" which is in the "video capture filter"

to mount to your telescope is very easy

just attached the 1.25" T adapter and insert it to your focuser replace your eyepieces
