I've written a couple of bug reports for my ASIAir Plus. When I'm in an area with adequate cell coverage I notice when I'm connected via 5g wifi to my iPad, ASIAir appears be be able to use the IPad's cellular connection. I can pull up my reports and make notes etc.
I'm now in an area where there is no cell service but I have Starlink satellite internet service. Ive set my ASIAir Station mode. I've updated my Starlink router to create an 2.4ghz network. I can run my laptop on the 2.4 network and load webpages, check emails etc. ASIAir is connected to the 2.4 network shown under the Wifi icon on ASiAir.
When I go to the I icon and select Reports Issues, it goes to the Reports Issues page but its blank and never displays anything so I can't make notes, read tech replies etc. What am I doing wrong?
Is there another way to get to your reported issues via my laptop rather than through the ASIAir which I never have available. Its in the box until I set up the telescope.
