how do I set the ASi120Mc to output RAW images?

Hi Sam

I thought I read somewhere that the default output in Firecapture from this camera is RAW images.

When I open Firecapture v 2.3 with the camera connected, the only options under capture type are AVI, SER, BMP and FIT. I cannot see anywhere to turn on RAW file capture. Am I missing something. I am pretty new to the astrophotography hobby.

there is an check box named "debayer"

you can get a color image if you choose debayer otherwise raw data

Thanks for responding. I am a bit confused. Does it mean that if debayer is turned off the data held in either the AVI, SER, BMP and FIT output files is RAW data?
