I ordered a 2600MC Duo the 26th of November and it has been processing since then, submitted a ticket quite a few days ago and didn't get any reply yet, good luck mate I'm just thinking on cancelling my order and buying locally.

I’m having the same problem. Ordered TWO ASI2600MC Pro cameras and a mini guide scope and a guide camera, and have heard nothing.
The guidescope was ordered a MONTH ago!
