FPS on USB3 at 1280x960?

I know this is a bit of an open ended question but when I run my ASI120MC (USB3) at full resolution 1280x960 I am getting around 29fps in FireCapture v2.4 with the following settings:

Overclock set to 15 (I know it can go higher but even with max it is not much different)

USB traffic set to 85 (I know it can go higher but even with max it is not much different)

Exposure 3.9ms

Debayer on or off is the same

I am using a Lenovo Thinkpad with Dual core 2.5Ghz CPU’s, 12GB RAM on USB 3 ports, Intel 7 Series / C216 Chipset Family USB Enhanced Host Controller.

Does this sound correct as I thought it would be closer to 50-60fps, the advertised is 60fps but appreciate that may be a theoretical limit?

It seems didn't recognized as USB3.0 device

you need to try different USB3.0 port or update the USB3.0 host driver

you can tell by running the app come with the driver

and open "video capture filter" under "option" menu

there is a "about" page will tell you the host is USB2.0 or USB3.0

Running Windows 8.1 so drivers are proving slightly more challenging.
