I just received an EAF (advanced version) to use on my 8-inch GSO Richey Chretien, controlled via my ASIAir mini. I had no trouble installing the unit on my focuser, and the EAF connects easily with the ASIAir via its USB connector. But the motor shaft does not move and does not respond to commands via either the EAF app on the ASIAir or through the hand controller. I know the EAF is powered because I see it in the ASIAir, but the motor shaft seems to be locked in position. What am I doing wrong?
