Hello! I recently purchased a new 533MC Pro and was trying to connect the camera to my ASIAIR mini using the USB3 cable that came in the box. But my mini seems unable to detect the 533MC. I tried plugging in the power directly to a power source and the ASIAIR mini but both failed. I got the red light on but the fan never came on regardless of the power source. It read 16v from my Mini so I assumed it had enough power for the camera as well.
I've also tried connecting the camera to my Mac using phd2 and it also failed. Phd2 detected my ASI120mm guide cam without issue, but when I switched to 533mc, it just quit.
Does anyone know what the problem is and how I could resolve the issue?
