I actually started a new discussion about a week ago; I can't find it in the forum any longer. This is the problem:
at meridian flip, the mount goes straight to home position and the session ends prematurely.
I did receive a response from ZWO tech support asking me to check the Log for bugs. I did that, but when I go to About > Bug log, it prompts me to enter the topic, which I do by selecting meridian flip and entering a description before uploading the log. But I keep getting the same error message saying that I need to select a topic, which I have. This is as far as I have been able to go; the problem is still unresolved.
