AA+ NikonZ6ii video mode not working

I can't seem to get video mode to work with this combo.
To even get the video option to come up, I need to go into video management and open the video folder.
Then, when I return to the preview page, I can find the video option in the tab.

I then hit the video option and get a spinning wheel of death. Then I exit the device, and when I re-enter the device, the video mode window says, "check the connection to the imaging device". I can then start a video, but no frames are taken.

Any help would be great.

What he/she want to say: “The Nikon Z6 II is not a DSLR, it’s a mirrorless camera. It took us 2 years to finally make it works properly with the ASIAIR (not joking) so we know what kind of camera it is, and no, the ASIAIR doesn’t support video mode on mirrorless cameras”
