How do I do Polar Alignment with ASIAIR Plus? Do I use my telescopes remote?

No, you won't use the hand controller. In fact, you can just detach it and forget about it. The ASIAir will do all of the goto and plate solving, so the hand controller is just not necessary.
This is a different mount, but the process is the same for any equatorial mount.
