Where is Altitude control and how do I use it on Sky-Watcher AZ-EQ6-GT? I have also ASIAIR Plus I need it for polar alignment

Are you talking about altitude adjustment for polar alignment? It is the latitude jackscrew as below:

How do I find latitude where I live? Also what number do I use when I will have latitude

If you are running the ASIAir app on a mobile device with a GPS - like a phone - it will will automatically sync your lat, long and date/time to the mount.
