Hi, I have an ASI183mm pro. About a year ago it wouldn’t connect and so I sent it to yourselves for repair. Apparently it was an issue with the main board. Anyway, as it took such a long time to repair I purchased another new camera.
I have not used the repaired camera since I received it back other than to connect it to my PC to ensure it detects it, which it does.
I have now purchased another telescope and so wanted to connect this second camera so I can have 2 rigs. However the repaired camera, whilst it is detected by asiimg, simply has an exposure failed warning when I try to test it.
I have tried another usb cable and also I different power source. I have the same issue.
Given I have already sent it to China for repair once is there anything I can do to fix this error?
