Still cannot connect. Briefly with iPhone running iOS 17, then never. For 2-3 hours on older iPad running iOS 15. Today, repeated failures. Just cannot join.
Tried the tricks. Only thing I’ve noticed is that the WiFi network never shows up as listed in settings on the iPad or phone. It never shows up. Possible a faulty WiFi antenna?
What do we do? There’s no way to contact this company. I went to the messenger QR code on the box, address is faulty. Doesn’t work. I’ve put in comments, help questions, complaints, nothing. All I get is this one random account replying to everything I do in support of the company. A bot or a paid user.
I can’t return this, it was a donation to our astronomy dept.
