Problems e-mailing ZWO?

Is anyone else having problems e-mailing ZWO?

I've sent 2 e-mails now, one to info(at)zwoptical.com and one to sam.wen(at)zwoptical.com and both have come back "Mail Delivery failed" - "retry time not reached for any host after a long failure period".
