How to focus

I'm new to ASI air. I have a guide camera asi120mm and a main camera attached, an ASI178MC. I'm confused on how to see the guide camera in "focus mode". To see the guide camera, to I change the "main" camera to my asi120mm temporarily to focus and set up guiding, then change the guide to asi120 and main to asi178 when I'm ready to image?

Is there any way to switch the display to see that guide camera when both cameras are active. I sort of assume that selecting the guide camera display would display the guide camera, but I guess that's incorrect?

As far as I'm aware, to see the guide camera view you have to open the guide tool when in Preview, Autorun or Live Mode.

Note: I don't use guiding, so someone else who does can provide more accurate information.

They are both ZWO products, simply set the 120 guide camera as the main camera and focus using normal routine. When satisfied, set the “main” camera back to the 178mc and focus it. Be sure to reset the 120 as guide camera and commence imaging and guiding. I do it all the time. Need to turn off the guide camera to set it as main camera.
