Micron CMOS sensor can give strong Newton rings that are not affected by camera tilting. It's not for every sensor but usually close. In your case the first one was the oddly clean one.
There is also a chance that those Newton rings could be generated by the imaging chain and not the sensor itself. If so they would vanish when camera is rotated or tilted.
