I'm experiencing a curious issue. Darks and Lights are saved to their respective folders on the USB thumb drive, but Flats are not when running Autorun. In Live, the stacked flat is saved without problems.
I tried looking for those lost Flats on the SD card or in different other folders on the USB stick, to no avail.
This has happened 3 times already - the Autorun routing runs with no apparent errors, the counter gets incremented and everything looks fine, but the files are not saved and nowhere to be found. Anyone else has had a similar issue?
