[unknown] you really need to post a picture as there is no reference to size etc.
if it is huge then it is probably an internal reflection, if very small it can be dust in the imaging train. Most internal reflections are caused by extension tubes that are shiny inside. Mine are all painted flat, matte black inside as I had that issue once and I painted them. Some cheap scopes have issues too with reflections.
