I am using a MAC and oaCapture and have a question

Camera - ZWO ASI120MC

I am using a MAC Book Pro - Running OS 10-7-5 and have tried - I also have Windows XP running on VMware. I initially tried using the updated drivers that came with the camera - just got a black screen.....I then tried Sharpcap and then Firecapture and could not get either to install. Windows issues.

So then I searched for a way to run my MAC and downloaded oaCapture. This program does recognize my camera but the image on the screen is blurry creating a lot of doubt it would be any better connected to my scope.

Any ideas as to what I am doing wrong and suggestions on what I can do to get a better image?

the best way to use ASI USB2.0 camera under Mac is though bootcamp

it support not very well though virtual machine or native app such like oacapture

but you can try small resolutions in oacapture

you can also try virtual machine after run oacapture, because oacapture will flash a temperary compitable firmeare to the camera. then FC or SC can run it
